Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms for the sale of paid digital services offered on sargasmgames.com ("Platform") under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By purchasing a paid service you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

Buyer: The natural person who registers on the Platform and purchases the paid service ("Member").

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the provision of the Sargasm Plus digital membership service (ad-free experience, daily coin bonus, daily free checkpoint, premium badge and any other benefits listed on the purchase page) bought by the Member through the Platform.

3. Service Features and Price

• The scope of the service and current benefits are published on the membership page.
• The applicable price is the VAT-inclusive amount in Turkish Lira shown on the payment page at the time of purchase.
• Membership can be purchased for monthly or yearly periods. The period starts when the payment is confirmed.
• Membership purchases made with in-platform coins are not real-money payments; they are governed by the virtual-item provisions of the Terms of Use, not by the payment provisions of this agreement.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered on the purchase page (bank transfer/EFT and/or integrated payment institutions). For bank transfers, membership is activated after the amount is received and confirmed by the Seller.

5. Delivery (Performance)

The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. Membership is activated on the Member's account immediately after payment confirmation, and performance begins at that moment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Under Article 15/1 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly. Since Sargasm Plus is a digital service activated immediately upon payment confirmation, the Member acknowledges at the time of purchase that performance starts immediately and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. For purchases that have not yet been activated (performance not started), the 14-day right of withdrawal remains reserved.

7. Renewal and Cancellation

Membership does not renew automatically at the end of the purchased period; if a renewal feature is offered, this is clearly stated on the purchase page and the Member may stop renewal at any time. Membership benefits remain available until the end of the period.

8. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade) and Consumer Courts at the Member's place of residence are competent for disputes.

9. Entry into Force

By confirming the payment step, the Member declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full. The agreement is concluded electronically and stored together with the purchase record.
