These terms govern your use of sargasmgames.com ("Platform"). By using the Platform you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. The Service

The Platform offers browser-based satirical mini games, leaderboards, achievements, a coin system, comments and related features. The service is provided "as is"; features may be changed, suspended or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information; you are responsible for the security of your account, including your password.
Users under 13 may not create an account; users under 18 should use the Platform with parental/guardian consent.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

Cheating, bots, automation, score manipulation, or tampering with game/request data;
Probing the Platform's security, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt the service;
Insults, hate speech, harassment, obscenity, spam or unlawful content in comments;
Sharing others' personal data without permission.

Violations may result in content removal, score deletion, suspension or termination of the account.

4. User Content

Your comments and similar content remain yours; however, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish, store and display them on the Platform. Content that is unlawful or violates these terms may be removed by moderation.

5. Coins and Virtual Items

Coins and other virtual items are valid only within the Platform; they have no real-money value and are non-transferable, non-sellable and non-refundable. Coins obtained by cheating may be removed. No compensation can be claimed for virtual items if the Platform is discontinued.

6. Intellectual Property

The games, design, logo and Platform content (excluding user content) belong to the Platform operator and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

7. Ads and Donations

Third-party ads (Google AdSense) may be displayed on the Platform; advertisers are responsible for their ad content. Donations are voluntary, do not entitle you to any product or service, and are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for data loss, loss of profit or indirect damages.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the Platform after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
